- The absolute ultimate kit for your 2014-15 RZR XP 1000! This clutch kit replaces your entire primary clutch, secondary clutch and all internals... completely new clutching with the AA high performance clutch kit. The secondary clutch is a Team Tied loaded with our performance helix and spring. This is the same clutch that came on from the factory in the 2014-15 years. The primary clutch that comes with this kit is the same as the factory clutch, but with AA HD buttons.
- Our S4 Recoil Clutch Kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and just keep pulling for days. On the trail or racetrack you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when getting back into the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes you'll see the same benefits but also have much less bogging when climbing that big dune. The machine will hold RPM so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Going mudding? Our mud setup will help turn those tires through the thick and deep with much better RPM and wheel speed that's key to climbing out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport, and spent many hours testing different setups in the real world. - The secondary clutch comes professionally set up and is ready to bolt on. It is a Team Tied loaded with our performance helix and spring. This is the same great clutch that came on from the factory in the 2014-15 years.
- The primary clutch will come set up and ready to bolt on if you list your tire size and type. Also let us know if you have made any gearing changes (different tranny gears or portals). If you run tires and paddles please list both and we'll set it up the best way possible to run both. The primary clutch that comes with this kit is the same design as OEM but assembled in house with our HD primary buttons made from a higher grade material(impregnated with Teflon). The clutch also has our HD rollers that are hardened, without a bushing. This means they will last much longer than the OEM Polaris clutch parts. We also tack weld the spider nut when assembling as they are known to back off and cause major issues. This means the clutch is non rebuildable. Keep in mind that when the clutch would need a rebuild, it's normally time for a new one anyways.

- Our Recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which has increased wear resistance, improved fatigue strength, and added surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer great performance, and the ability to tune for many different applications or modification in the future, without the need to buy extra parts. The magnetic weights are the best option to properly place the mass where we need it on the weight for the best performance for your application.
- A great initial setup guideline is included which shows the best setups for dunes, mud, or all around trail riding. This also has brief instructions on installing your clutch kit and other important information.
- We offer two clutch kits:
- Standard Load: Meant for stock or near stock size tires (28-30") and is the one for most fast pace trail riders or racers.
- High Load: Meant for those with larger tires (31-32"), mud tires, dune riders, and those with paddles 28" or larger. Mudding and duning are considered high load and must be clutched slightly different. The components for our mud and dune setups (high load) are the same, but you'll notice your setup guideline for the Recoil adjustable weights will be different between those two applications.
- EBS (Engine Braking) Options:
- Keep Engine Braking: Like factory. Most slower pace riders (mud, crawling or very hilly terrain) will keep the EBS in place.
- Remove Engine Braking: - Most faster pace trail riders/racer or dune riders will choose to remove it.

Order processing times
Most orders will be processed in up to 72 hours. During seasonal times such as Black Friday, order processing time can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.
Shipping times
Shipment dates & lead times will vary based on product availability, product may not be in stock. If you have a question regarding availability please email or call the office to discuss lead times. By completing payment, you have acknowledged the terms and conditions stated. As stock changes daily, we do not hold inventory, first come, first serve.

Local pickup
We currently offer free pickup from our location. You will be notified via email or phone when your item(s) are ready for pickup.
Returns
We will accept returns within 30 days of original purchase and provide a store credit ONLY, no cash or credit card refunds will be given. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The product must still be in the original clean packaging, unused and uninstalled. We do not refund shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. There will be an additional rebox fee charged if the packaging needs to be replaced so please double box your returns. There is no returns of special order, tuners or custom parts.
Cancellations
Custom parts may not be canceled once your order is placed. Cancelled Orders may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. All returns must be pre-authorized with a Battle Born Offroad Employee and have an RGA # or they will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed within 48hrs once product is received and in original condition. Most refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by check. Please allow up to 7 business days for store credit to reflect.
Website errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Battle Born Offroad Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Payment processing
By clicking checkout, you agree to have your payment ran anytime after checkout. Some orders may not be charged right away, and you authorize Battle Born Offroad to charge your card up to 365 days after completing your purchase for the maximum amount you paid.

What is your shipping policy and how long will my order take?
We offer free or discounted shipping on most orders over $99. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days; once shipped, standard transit times depend on your location, but generally most transit time is 2-3 days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout, and offers delivery as quick as 24hrs. Tracking info will be provided once your package is in transit and will be sent electronically to your email.
Do you offer installation services or do you only sell parts?
Yes, Battle Born Offroad offers professional installation in our Las Vegas shop for ALL products we sell (suspension, lift kits, lighting, etc.). What warranty do your products come with?
All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty durations vary by product and brand. Damage from misuse, improper installation, or off-trail abuse may not be covered. Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we partner with financing providers (Affirm, Shop Pay, SNAP Finance & Koalifi) so you can pay over time. Options like “buy now pay later” or longer-term payment plans may be available. Terms and interest will depend on your credit. Affirm and Shop Pay will be shown during checkout and must be clicked during this process. How do you handle damages or defects in shipping?
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you notice any shipping damage, take clear photos of the damage and packaging and email us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to make it right, either replacement of the part, or arranging return/reimbursement as needed.
