Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

For orders with a lead time of two weeks or longer, cancellations are permitted within three (3) business days of placement without penalty.

After these timeframes, cancelled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Custom or special-order parts cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Orders already in stock or processed for shipping may not be cancelled. These may only be returned under our standard return policy.

Final Sale and clearance items are not eligible for cancellation once processed.

Lead times are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to change.

Refunds for cancelled orders: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours once the product is received in original condition. Most refunds are issued to the original payment method, though in some cases a check may be provided. Please allow 7–14 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Special orders or custom-spec parts
  • Tuners and electrical parts
  • Installed items or items with unsealed packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return requirements:

  • All returns must be pre-authorized and include an RGA number issued by a Battle Born Offroad employee. Items returned without an RGA will be refused and sent back.
  • Returned products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original clean packaging.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional re-boxing fees may apply if packaging must be replaced (we strongly recommend double-boxing your return).
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival at our facility.

Please allow an additional up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to finalize posting the refund.
