Give your 2023 - 2025 Ford F-450 the lift it deserves with the BDS 4 inch Radius Arm Lift Kit, an ideal choice for drivers who want strength, simplicity, and outstanding everyday performance. While 4-link systems offer excellent articulation and fine-tuned geometry, a radius-arm setup shines when it comes to durability, straightforward design, and long-term reliability, qualities especially valued on heavy-duty trucks like the F-450.
The heavy-duty radius arms from BDS are built to handle serious workload demands while maintaining predictable road manners, confident steering feel, and excellent stability under towing and hauling. This kit pairs perfectly with your choice of shocks: the proven BDS NX2 shocks, the FOX 2.0 Performance Series for a ride and handling upgrade, or the top-tier FOX 2.5 Performance Elite with DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjusters for fully tunable control.
And for those seeking even higher performance, the system can be optioned with front FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers to deliver maximum responsiveness and comfort. Rugged, dependable, and easier on the budget, this BDS Radius Arm Lift Kit is the smart choice for drivers who want reliable performance without overcomplicating their suspension.
HD Radius Arms:
- In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.
FOX Performance Elite Coil-Over:
- FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter shocks are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain. The DSC adjuster adds remarkable versatility and precise tuning with a simple twist of either two adjuster knobs, offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir to increase cooling efficiency.
Steering Correction:
- To optimize steering geometry once lifted, a forged drop pitman arm is used to minimize the steering angle and pair it with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep them in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
