Magnuson’s MP90 Supercharger System for the Toyota FJ Cruiser delivers instant, reliable power gains—perfect for the trail, the jobsite, or everyday driving.

Designed specifically for the 4.0L 1GR-FE V6, this bolt-on system adds 5–6 psi of boost, increasing output to 305 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque at the crank. The roots-type design delivers torque instantly, with none of the delay or lag of a turbocharger. It’s a night-and-day transformation that makes the FJ feel stronger across the entire powerband—whether you're merging onto the highway or crawling through rocks.

To ensure consistent performance in any environment, the MP90 system features an integrated liquid-to-air intercooler cooled by a front-mounted heat exchanger and electric water pump. This robust cooling setup keeps intake temps in check, even under extreme heat or extended load.

Like all Magnuson systems, the MP90 is engineered for OEM-level fit and finish. The intake manifold, supercharger, and intercooler are fully integrated into a single, sealed unit—eliminating common leak points and simplifying installation. The unit arrives pre-filled and sealed, requiring zero maintenance throughout its service life.

Installation is straightforward with no cutting or welding required. The included 50-state-legal calibration comes via a plug-and-play handheld programmer and is optimized for usable low-end torque and high-end power. Most professional shops can complete the install in a day; DIYers can tackle it over a weekend. Reverting to stock is just as simple.

Trail-ready torque. Factory reliability. Built for the long haul.
