SHOCK REBUILD / REFRESH SERVICE

Battle Born Offroad has everything you need to keep your shocks preforming at their best. Below is our general price menu of shock refresh and re-valving services. Price may be higher if product is severely damaged and requires replacement parts that will exceed original estimate. BBO will call you with a revised estimate for your approval prior to work being started.

We start with a deep cleaning to remove grease, shock oil, dirt and other road grime. Our citrus based cleaners do not harm shock finishes or anodizing. After a deep clean, a thorough shock inspection is performed to look for damage and/or wear that requires replacement parts. From there, we perform a complete tear down and rebuild of the damper, including new seals, fresh oil, debur and clean shock shaft the complete a nitrogen recharge.

Remove & Reinstall Shock (Per Shock) - $75
Bring us the shocks off the vehicle to save on this labor charge.

Remove & Reinstall Spring from Coilover (Per Shock) - $20
Included in UTV & OE Applications, for all others $20 to remove and reinstall the spring and spring seat.

Viton Seal Kit Upgrade – $20 per shock
Top Quality Viton Seals throughout the shock(s). Viton seals have a high temperature range, and are perfect for use in extreme prerunner, play, and race applications. May leak on street driven, low heat applications.

Install UTV Spring Kit - $350
Remove shocks, install spring kit to manufacturers specs, test and re-check ride height, make final adjustments.

Extra services - call for pricing
We can add compression or dual speed compression knobs to shocks, add remote or finned reservoirs, convert shocks from piggyback to remote, replace hoses, replace bearings, replace bushings, anodizing and shock color customizing, etc. Contact for details!
