The KM3 has an aggressive tread pattern and fairly chunky sidewall which landed close to the radius arm. Any tire less aggressive than the KM3 will fit with room to spare. If you stick with a 37\"x12.5\" just about any type of tire will do, and your wheel options open up a bit. If you're keeping the OEM 20” wheels with 5.5\" of backspacing, you can squeak by a 37\"x12.5\" with some minor trimming. This means the same 4.5\" lift coil on a 2005-2019 Super Duty will provide 5.5\" of lift on the 2020+ Super Duty. No other parts changed, the truck just started out lower than before. The only time this is not true is for the 2020+ Super Duty TREMOR, these come from the factory with a 2\" lift\/level, and makes them 1\" taller than a stock height 2005-2019.
